Each event will reflect either an “open” or “closed” status. If the field is full, a “closed” status will appear. If the status is “open”, the “pay now” button will be available. Please note that you will not be able to enter if payment is not made. A successful payment will direct you to the entry form where you’ll need to enter the player’s details, i.e. province, handicap and contact details.
Important to note: - The mobile number entered on the entry form is the number that the SMS regarding tee off times for the event will go to
- Player information is required for each entry. The specific event/s need to be selected on the entry form and all information completed with every selection
- An email will be sent to you confirming your entry
- You will not be able to enter if the event status is “closed”
Information regarding Payfast:
Payfast will be used for payment on entry. It is a secure, online payment processing system which is extremely safe and will not interfere with the integrity of bank accounts owned by the person paying the player’s entry fee. (

- NB – when setting up the account in Payfast, ensure that the account is in the name of the player entering for the event as this links the payment to entry.
- Once you’ve set up the account, the system will have your details on record for future payments
- The entry cost is R120 per event
- Once your account has been set up, payment of the event is possible and an email confirmation will be sent to you
- Options to do EFT or Credit card payments are available from the following banks: Standard Bank, ABSA, FNB and Nedbank.
