Glacier Junior Series Competitions

In 2011, all the junior golfers who entered the series in 2011 had their names entered into a lucky draw, which afforded four of them the opportunity to represent Glacier by Sanlam at the Sanlam Cancer Challenge at Sun City. The young representatives, who joined the delegate group in playing the Gary Player and Lost City golf courses on 24 and 25 October.

In 2010, four junior golfers who participated in the Glacier Junior Series were rewarded an invitation to join Sanlam as guests at the Sanlam Cancer Challenge Finals. They were chosen by their peers and officials of the Series for their adherence to the values of honesty, integrity and sportsmanship.

Victor Lange, one of the finalists in the Glacier Junior Series, shot a pair of scintillating 68s at the Lost City and Gary Player CC. It was a first-time experience for all four and, judging by the talent on display, unlikely to be the last.

Junior Competition

Four junior players participating in the Glacier Junior Series in 2012 stand a chance to win a trip to the Sanlam Cansa final 2011 at Sun City.

The draw will take place on Friday, 5 October at our Glacier Junior Series final.
